Procurement Services Announces Expanded Offering for Relocation Services

Procurement Services in conjunction with Human Resources is pleased to announce, the availability of two additional discount pricing agreements for relocation services. In addition to our current relocation supplier, Whalen's Moving and Storage (an Allied Van Lines Agent), Corrigan Moving Services (a United Van Lines Agent), and A1 Freeman Moving Group (a North American Van Lines Agent), have been added as the Universities preferred contract suppliers of relocation services. The new agreements are effective immediately

Both agreements are the result of the Procurement Services partnership with the Educational & Institutional Cooperative Services (E&I), higher education's preferred group purchasing organization. In partnership with E&I, Procurement Services participates in group purchasing initiatives that will result in improved contracting and cost savings opportunities resulting from the leveraging of buying power with other purchasing organizations in higher education.
