Change to University's Competitive Bid Threshold

Effective January 1, 2019, Penn is increasing its competitive bid requirement threshold from $5,000 to $10,000. Concurrently, Penn is adjusting the receipt requirement in BEN from $5,000 to $10,000. CLICK HERE for more information.
