Garces Group Acquired by 3BM1, LLC
Effective immediately, please begin to use new supplier numbers for those businesses that were formally under Garces Group Entities. This includes the following companies: Amada, Village Whiskey, Tinto, Garces Catering, The Olde Bar, and JG Domestic.
These entities were acquired by 3BM1, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and its affiliated designees.

In addition, Garces Trading Company and 24 Café have permanently closed their doors, and Distrito remains unchanged.
