Impact of COVID19 on Engaging Independent Contractors, Including Limited Engagements

Per Penn’s HR Hiring Process Guidelines established in response to COVID19, Penn’s hiring freeze includes the engagement of all independent contractors, as well as limited engagements.  Please review the guidelines and note that services should not be rendered by, or commitments made to a new IC until all approvals are complete.
