Some businesses have been receiving illegitimate email requests from Penn asking for basic information such as company website, catalogue, and contact information.  Messages we have seen so far purport to be from a former Penn employee and appear to originated from procurement@upenn.edu.  This message can simply be deleted and you may optionally report the fraud attempt with the Internet Crime Complaint Center (www.ic3.gov).   If you have responded to this bogus inquiry, please let us know for further evaluation by contacting us at Procure@upenn.edu.

New Preferred Contracts for Media Placement Services - Thursday, May 6, 2021

Penn Procurement Services is pleased to announce the selection of a new set of Preferred Contract suppliers for Media Placement Services.

These suppliers were chosen after a rigorous and inclusive Request for Proposal process led by Procurement Services that included:

•             analyzing supplier spend by Penn departments

•             identifying and inviting qualified local and diverse suppliers to participate

•             soliciting proposals from 16 companies and,

•             selecting the suppliers that most closely matched Penn’s requirements

In earning Preferred Contract Supplier status, these best-in-class suppliers offered pricing, service, and support that will deliver excellent value to the Penn community.  Significantly, of the 8 awarded contracts, 5 are with diversity-owned companies.
