Procurement Services Announces 15% Non-Profit Discount with Mailchimp , a marketing automation and email marketing platform – Friday, October 25, 2024

Procurement Services is excited to announce a Mailchimp 15% Non-Profit Discount for all Penn users. This discount is effective immediately!

To ensure a smooth process in obtaining the 15% Non-Profit Discount with each transaction, current Mailchimp users can email Mailchimp’s Billing Team directly to request the 15% Non-Profit Discount. Just follow a few simple steps:

  1. The Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania 501(c)(3) Determination Letter: Use the attached link to obtain a copy of this letter.
  2. PA Tax Exemption Certificate: Use the attached link to submit a Ben Helps Ticket to obtain a copy of this certificate.
  3. Email Mailchimp: Once you have the 501(c)(3) Determination Letter and PA Tax Exemption Certificate and are ready to proceed with your transaction order, email Mailchimp’s Billing Team directly at billing@mailchimp.zendesk.com - include the following in your transaction order message:
    1. Indicate that you are with the University of Pennsylvania and are requesting the 15% Non-Profit Discount
    2. Provide your username, account name and contact information
    3. Attach the 501(c)(3) Determination Letter and PA Tax Exemption Certificate to your email.

Mailchimp will let you know once your request has been received, and the 15% Non-Profit Discount has been applied to your account.

This process also applies to those wishing to establish a new account with Mailchimp – just follow the above steps.
