Promoversity has notified the University that, effective August 12, they have ceased operations. If you placed an order for your department or organization using Promoversity prior to August 12, your order will be fulfilled and there should be no impact on existing Purchase Orders or payments.
The primary team of individuals from Promoversity that managed Penn’s account are now with Club Colors and retain their responsibilities for fulfilling orders—whether new or previously placed with Promoversity. As part of their transition, Promoversity worked in collaboration with Club Colors as a means of ensuring uninterrupted services. Going forward, Promoversity will no longer be available as a supplier of promotional products, and any orders can be fulfilled by Club Colors. However, as Club Colors is not contract supplier, any orders of $10K or more will require three bids or a bid-waiver. Departments and organizations are encouraged to review the full list of promotional suppliers here.
