Upcoming Ricoh USA Inc. Copier Program Changes – September 18, 2025

Procurement Services and Ricoh USA, Inc. will be introducing updates to Penn’s copier and printer program designed to reduce costs and improve transparency.

Key Changes Coming Soon

• Transition to a Cost-per-Copy (CPC) model for all devices.
• Lower lease costs for out-of-term equipment.
• New refinance options to lock in savings.
• Availability of refurbished devices.

• Default black-and-white copying on new orders of equipment.
