A University Preferred Contract Supplier of Mass-email Marketing Solutions
Following a competitive bidding process, Emma, has been awarded a contract as the University's preferred web-based mass email marketing platform, effective December 4, 2014.
About the Contract
The contract and email marketing platform provided by Emma meets FERPA and email marketing compliance requirements. Discounted pricing is based on two models: email volume-based, or contact-based. Contact Purchasing Service for references to existing Penn customers or contract and pricing information.

Emma email distribution services are recommended to be paid on Pro-card under an recurring monthly fee model. Additional product and pricing information as well as assistance with special orders is available from the sales representative listed below.
