About the Contract
As a result of a Lab equipment services RFP, and with participation by our University’s Life Sciences Procurement Advisory Group, Neta Scientific was chosen as the University of Pennsylvania’s secondary provider of laboratory equipment repair, maintenance and service contracts. Neta Scientific supports the Penn research community by offering a three pronged approach to repair, maintenance and service contract management that offers options to the scientists.
Option 1) Service and repair, as needed, based on the hourly rates quoted for Category 1, 2 and 3 equipment.
Option 2) Third party service contracts that offer full coverage for your lab equipment at a better price. Service contracts include parts and labor for preventative maintenance and repair.
Option 3) OEM service contracts negotiated and managed by Neta Scientific. We have established relationships with approximately 30 OEMs. Neta Scientific can help you negotiate a discounted price and enable you to consolidate suppliers while you reduce cost.
