Procurement Services is pleased to announce a new, five-year agreement with Supra Office Solutions, a diversity-owned, West Philadelphia based preferred contract supplier, and W.B. Mason, the second largest privately owned workplace products dealer in the U.S, as its preferred supplier of office products. The Supra-WB Mason agreement took effect on July 1, 2024.
The new Supra-W.B. Mason preferred discount pricing agreement is the result of an RFP initiated by Penn in collaboration with the Health System and the Philadelphia Area Collegiate Cooperative to access best pricing, product availability including sustainable products, as well as in-depth reporting capabilities and a strong, dedicated customer service team.

What if I have an outstanding order or return after 7/1? Backorders will be processed by Telrose/Office Depot until fulfilled. Returns of Telrose/Office Depot items will be processed by them as well.
