Through our Preferred Provider Program, you have access to a wide range of creative professionals in the region—from freelance designers to full scale design firms. These designers can help with both printed and digital projects as well as website development. Preferred Designers are a pre-qualified group of best-in-service suppliers who have contractually agreed to meet the University’s business requirements and provide preferential pricing for the Penn community.
