About the Contract
The phone numbers for both service and supplies are the same, 888-456-6457 . Service is option 2 and supplies is option 3. This number is on the front of every machine on a sticker that also has the equipment ID number. This ID number will identify the equipment model and location and the fact that it is covered under a full service agreement (ALL parts and labor) and a full supply contract (all toner, developer and staples). Service is dispatched directly to the technician who will then contact the caller with an ETA. Supplies are ordered and shipped UPS ground at no cost. There is however a fee for over night shipments.
