U Penn’s Strategic Alliance Partner for Cooperative Procurement Services

E&I Cooperative Services (E&I) is the only member-owned, non-profit purchasing cooperative solely focused on serving education and related facilities. E&I delivers expertise, solutions, and services through a diverse portfolio of competitively solicited contracts. The Cooperative serves as our primary collaborative purchasing partner.

Procurement Services evaluates each competitively solicited E&I contract for its competitiveness to existing U Penn pricing. Procurement Services will adopt and implement an E&I contract when the supplier pricing and business terms and conditions are favorable for the University.
