Purchasing Authority

Only assigned Procurement Services representatives have the authority to:

• Enable new purchasing relationships with external suppliers listed in the BEN Buys approved supplier database
• Finalize and execute purchase agreements, including University discount pricing agreements
• Respond to external audit findings or agency inquiries concerning central purchasing policies and procedures
